4. Voluntary Participation & Assumption of Risk
Participation in exercise, training, or wellness programs carries inherent risks, including but not limited to musculoskeletal injury, fatigue, or exacerbation of existing conditions.
By engaging in our Services, you voluntarily assume all associated risks and agree that you are solely responsible for listening to your body, exercising within your limits, and seeking medical clearance as appropriate.
You may withdraw from participation at any time for any reason.

6. Payment & Refund Policy
All purchases, subscriptions, and payment plans are subject to the pricing and refund terms listed at the point of sale.
Unless otherwise specified in writing:
Coaching programs include a 14-day participation-based satisfaction period.
Digital products and memberships (e.g., community access, playbooks, workshops) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
By completing payment, you authorize recurring charges (if applicable) and agree to the posted refund policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All Site and Service materials - including text, images, videos, frameworks, and program names such as Freedom to Move™, TendonStrong Protocol™, Runner’s Compass™, Achilles-Brain Connection™, etc. - are the exclusive property of Pain Free Achilles LLC.
You may view and download materials for personal, non-commercial use only. Reproduction, redistribution, or resale without written permission is strictly prohibited.
8. Client Conduct & Community Guidelines
To maintain a professional, respectful learning environment, you agree not to:
- Post or share content that is abusive, defamatory, obscene, or discriminatory.
- Use the community or platform to promote unrelated products or services.
- Share login credentials or proprietary materials outside of authorized channels.
Violation may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
9. Limitation of Liability
