Who we are
Reforge Running is a coaching business owned and operated by Grady Congleton through Pain Free Achilles, LLC, based in Salisbury, CT.

What we collect
When you buy The Comeback Achilles Guide ($1): Your name and email address (collected through Gumroad's checkout). Gumroad processes your payment — they collect your payment info, not us. We never see or store your credit card details.
When you enroll in a coaching program: Your name and email address. Payments are processed through Stripe, which collects your payment info directly. We never see or store your credit card details.
When you sign up for our email list: Your email address (collected through GoHighLevel, our business platform).
When you visit our website: Standard analytics data like your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit, and how you got here. We use this to understand what's working and improve the site.
Advertising: We use Meta Pixel and similar tools to show ads to people who've visited our site. These tools may track your activity across sites. You can opt out at https://adssettings.google.com or through your Meta ad preferences.
What we do with it
- Send you the products you bought
- Send you emails (newsletters, course updates, occasional offers) — only if you've opted in
- Improve our website, content, and ads
- Respond when you contact us
We don't sell your information. We don't share it with anyone except the tools we use to run the business (Gumroad, Stripe, Kit, our email host, our website host).
Your rights
You can:
- Unsubscribe from our emails anytime (link at the bottom of every email)
- Ask us to delete your data — email [email protected] and we'll do it
- Ask us what we have on you — same email, same response
If you're in California, the EU, UK, or Canada, you have additional rights under your local privacy laws. Email us and we'll handle your request the same way.
Cookies
We use cookies for analytics and advertising. Most browsers let you block or delete them in your settings. Blocking them won't break the site.
Changes
If we change anything material in this policy, we'll update the date above and let you know if you're on our email list.
